Welcome to 2018! We are looking forward to getting started in the weight room and offseason training now that our active recovery time is over. We are looking forward to speed training and weight room time. Athletes will have an opportunity to get three workouts in a week. The will be expected to get three workouts in a week. For non-winter sport athletes we are offering an after school session. For in-sport athletes we expect athletes to lift in the mornings.
